However I've made sure to check the generate and embed manifest file options and Visual Studio does this by default. I've Googled the error several times now and yes it seems the error is most commonly related to the manifest file. Public static extern int testPrint(string a) It errors out right when you call the function but will still return 0 after the errors. This might have a few typos because I did not copy paste but it does compile is visual studio 2008 c++ express. Runtime libraries MTD (MDD gets dll not found in unity),Įxtern "C" int EXPORT_API testPrint(const char* path) If the error something from my dll, is it from trying to access the SDK dlls, did I build the dll wrong. I am not sure what the error is telling me. I can access the dll in Unity somewhat (I can print out a test function) but as soon as I run anything that has to do with the SDK I get "An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly". I have created a dll that allows me to access the functions I want to use inside the SDK. I have been trying to get this to work for the last few days and seem to get over one hump but then find myself in front of another. Has anyone been able to use the FBX SDK with unity.
